  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch (optional, for thickening)

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add ground pork and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in cabbage, carrots, garlic, and ginger, and cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in chicken broth, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 10-15 minutes.
