A delicious recipe combining rotisserie chicken with turkey bacon for a comforting meal.

  • 1 rotisserie chicken
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups cooked noodles
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Remove the chicken from the rotisserie and shred into pieces.
  3. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then chop.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté celery, carrots, and onion until softened.
  5. Add the shredded chicken, bacon, chicken broth, cooked noodles, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until heated through.

  • This dish can be garnished with parsley for added flavor.
