Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the whole rotisserie chicken in a baking dish.
  3. Toss the mixed vegetables with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Arrange the vegetables around the chicken in the baking dish.
  5. Pour chicken broth into the bottom of the dish.
