  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, yeast, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix warm milk, melted butter, and egg.
  3. Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for about 5-10 minutes until smooth.
  5. Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  6. Roll the dough out into a rectangle and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  7. Roll tightly and place in a greased loaf pan.
  8. Let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Cool before serving.
