  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices.
  3. In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  6. In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon for the topping, then sprinkle evenly over the batter.
  7. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
