Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, and press into the bottom of a cheesecake pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and sour cream until well combined.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the pan.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, powdered sugar, and milk until a smooth mixture forms.
  8. Drizzle the brown sugar mixture over the cheesecake batter in a swirl pattern.
  9. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  10. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
