Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.

  5. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and ground cinnamon.
  6. Fill each cupcake liner halfway with batter, sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture, then top with more batter to fill the liners about two-thirds full.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow cupcakes to cool completely before frosting with cream cheese frosting.
