  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dried fruit (e.g., raisins, cranberries)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the oats, nuts, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a small saucepan, warm the coconut oil and maple syrup until melted. Pour over the dry ingredients and mix well.
