- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon instant yeast
- 1/2 cup milk, warmed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead for 5 minutes until smooth, then let rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough, spread cocoa powder and cinnamon, then sprinkle chocolate chips.
- Roll tightly, slice into pieces, and place in a baking dish.
- Let rise again for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
