  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon instant yeast
  • 1/2 cup milk, warmed
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead for 5 minutes until smooth, then let rise for 1 hour.
  4. Roll out the dough, spread cocoa powder and cinnamon, then sprinkle chocolate chips.
  5. Roll tightly, slice into pieces, and place in a baking dish.
  6. Let rise again for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
