Chicken Crust Pizza

A delicious twist on traditional pizza using a chicken crust that is both healthy and satisfying.

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup additional mozzarella cheese, for topping
  • 1/2 cup your favorite pizza toppings (pepperoni, vegetables, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in the shape of a pizza crust.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove from the oven and spread pizza sauce on top, followed by additional mozzarella cheese and your choice of toppings.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding herbs to the crust mixture.
  • This pizza can be customized with any toppings of your choice.
