- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup additional mozzarella cheese, for topping
- 1/2 cup your favorite pizza toppings (pepperoni, vegetables, etc.)
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the chicken mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in the shape of a pizza crust.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and spread pizza sauce on top, followed by additional mozzarella cheese and your choice of toppings.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
