  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 3 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup cooked pasta
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, spinach, ricotta, ½ cup of mozzarella, Parmesan, pasta, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
