  • 1 package pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce for dipping
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Cut the dough into small squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of mozzarella cheese and a few slices of pepperoni in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  6. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  7. Place the pizza bombs on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
