Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in the cheddar cheese.
  5. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
  6. Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
  7. Fold the biscuit around the filling and pinch to seal.
  8. Place the bombs on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
