  • 1 package puff pastry

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the cheesecake mixture in the center of each pastry square.
  5. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and pinch to seal.
  6. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
