Cheeseburger Egg Rolls

A delicious twist on classic cheeseburgers, these egg rolls are perfect for any burger lover.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and cheese to the skillet. Stir until cheese is melted.
  3. Place 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture onto each egg roll wrapper.
  4. Fold the wrapper and seal the edges with water.
  5. Heat oil in a deep fryer and fry the egg rolls until golden brown.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some diced pickles to the filling.
  • Serve with ketchup or mustard for dipping.
