Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Mix in melted butter, egg, salt, and spices.
  3. Add flour gradually until dough is formed. Knead for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface, spread melted butter, and sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture.
  6. Roll tightly, slice into rolls, and place in a greased baking dish.
