- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp chai spice blend
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add softened butter, egg, salt, and flour. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead until smooth and elastic. Let rise for 1 hour.
