  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9-inch springform pan by greasing it and lining the bottom with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, melt the butter and mix in the granulated sugar until combined.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  7. Pour half the brownie batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
  8. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and sour cream, mixing until combined.
  9. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer.
  10. Dollop the remaining brownie batter on top and swirl it gently with a knife.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes until set in the center.
  12. Allow to cool, then drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
