  • 1 cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cracked black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
  4. Sear the chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
