A delicious and indulgent mix of flavors in these burger bowls featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 2 cups cooked quinoa
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook quinoa according to package instructions.
  3. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  4. Add ground turkey to the same skillet and cook until browned.
  5. Mix cooked quinoa, ground turkey, turkey bacon, diced chicken ham, and season with garlic and onion powder.
  6. Assemble bowls with the turkey mixture, topped with cherry tomatoes and avocado.
  7. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and drizzle with olive oil before serving.

Notes
