Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, oats, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
  3. In another bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and milk
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the turkey bacon.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
