Breakfast Pancake Poppers

These breakfast pancake poppers are a delicious and easy way to enjoy turkey bacon and chicken ham in a fun bite-sized treat.

  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 4 ounces chicken ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix pancake mix, water, baking powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Fold in the turkey bacon, chicken ham, and shredded cheese.
  4. Grease a mini muffin tin and pour the batter into each cup.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
