Breakfast Pancake Poppers

Delicious and easy to make breakfast pancake poppers filled with turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix pancake mix and water until smooth.
  3. Add chopped turkey bacon, diced chicken ham, and shredded cheese to the pancake batter.
  4. Grease a mini muffin tin and pour the batter into each cup, filling them about 2/3 full.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
