Delicious and easy to make Breakfast Pancake Poppers featuring turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in the turkey bacon.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in batter for each popper.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.

Notes

  • Serve with maple syrup or fresh fruit.
  • These can be made ahead of time and reheated in the microwave.
