Breakfast Croissant Sandwich

A deliciously easy recipe for a breakfast croissant sandwich featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 2 croissants
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 slices chicken ham
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup cheese (your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, crack the eggs and cook them to your liking.
  4. Slice the croissants in half and toast them lightly.
  5. Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the inside of each croissant.
  6. Add cheese, chicken ham, turkey bacon, and eggs to the croissant.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve warm.
