Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the cake mix according to the package instructions.
  3. Fill cupcake liners with batter and bake for 18-20 minutes.
  4. Allow the cupcakes to cool completely.
  5. In a saucepan, combine milk, cream, sugar, and cornstarch. Cook until thickened.
