  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice.
  3. Roll out the pie crusts and cut them into rounds.
  4. Place a tablespoon of the blueberry mixture in the center of each round.
  5. Fold the crust over and seal the edges.
