- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice.
- Roll out the pie crusts and cut them into rounds.
