- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 pound turkey bacon, chopped
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, whisk together the flour and milk, cooking until the mixture thickens.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to the gravy mixture.
- Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and layer half of them in a greased baking dish.
- Pour half of the gravy over the biscuits, then add half of the bacon and half of the cheese.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- For a spicy version, add crushed red pepper flakes to the gravy.
