Biscoff Cookie Butter Cinnamon Rolls

A delicious recipe for soft and fluffy cinnamon rolls made with Biscoff cookie butter.

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add melted butter, salt, and flour to the yeast mixture. Knead until smooth.
  3. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  4. Roll out the dough and spread the Biscoff cookie butter evenly.
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon and roll into a tight log.
  6. Cut into individual rolls and place in a greased pan.
  7. Let the rolls rise again for 30 minutes.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.

Notes

  • For a sweeter roll, feel free to add a icing made from powdered sugar and milk.
