Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine warm milk and yeast; let it sit until frothy.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add melted butter, eggs, and yeast mixture; knead until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise in a greased bowl until doubled, about 1 hour.
  5. Roll out the dough, spread with butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
  6. Roll tightly and cut into slices; place in a greased pan.
  7. Let rise again until doubled, about 30 minutes.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
