  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 package corn tortillas
  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add onion, garlic powder, cumin, and chili powder to the beef and cook until the onion is translucent.
  4. Spread a thin layer of enchilada sauce in a baking dish.
  5. Layer corn tortillas, beef mixture, black beans, and cheese repeatedly until all ingredients are used.
  6. Top with remaining enchilada sauce and cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
