- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 3 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup banana pudding mix
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add mashed bananas, whipped cream, vanilla extract, and banana pudding mix. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 45 minutes, then turn off the oven and let cool inside for an hour.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving. Top with chopped nuts if desired.
