  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 3 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup banana pudding mix
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add mashed bananas, whipped cream, vanilla extract, and banana pudding mix. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes, then turn off the oven and let cool inside for an hour.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving. Top with chopped nuts if desired.

Notes

  • For a crunchier topping, add additional chopped nuts before serving.
  • This cheesecake can be made a day in advance for best flavor.
