Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. Stir in the melted butter and mix well.
  4. Add baking soda and salt, then stir in the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
