1 pound ground turkey
4 slices turkey bacon
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tablespoon ginger, grated
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix the ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, eggs, soy sauce, ketchup, sesame oil, onion, garlic, ginger, green onions, brown sugar, and black pepper until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a spicier version, add chopped chili pepper to the meat mixture.
Serve with steamed rice and a side of vegetables for a complete meal.
