Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Peel and grate the carrots into a large bowl.
  2. Seed and finely chop the bell pepper, then add to the carrots.
  3. Chop the cilantro and green onions, and add them to the mixture.
