- 1 bell pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup green onions
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
