  • 200 grams egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine chicken broth, ginger, garlic, and chicken thighs. Bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken, shred it, and return to the pot.
  4. Add scallions and soy sauce, then simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
  6. Serve soup over noodles and drizzle with sesame oil.
