  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the apple slices with brown sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, oats, and flour to make the crumble topping.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture into a greased springform pan.
  7. Add the apple mixture on top, followed by the crumble topping.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
  9. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
