- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Stir in sour cream, apple cider, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg until fully combined.
