  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in apple cider, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until well combined.
  6. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a more intense apple flavor, you can add chopped apples to the filling.
  • Top with whipped cream before serving for added indulgence.
