- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in apple cider, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
