Apple Chia Pudding

  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chia seeds with almond milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Stir well to combine and let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. After 10 minutes, stir the mixture again and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  4. Before serving, stir in the diced apple.
  5. Top with chopped nuts for added crunch.
