  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the vanilla and almond extracts, mixing well.
  4. Gradually add the all-purpose flour, almond flour, and salt to the mixture.
  5. Stir in the sliced almonds.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden.
  8. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
